Hafa Adai! and WHAT UP!

I would like welcome all we come by this blog to participate and feel free to say what ever is on your mind, because i will be saying what I feel is really relavent to me, no matter the volume you hear me at, I know at least i am doing something!

So I have decided to open this blog up with a issue out of my business and Government in the Global Marketplace book, which is the text for my class, under the great and distinguished professor, Dr. Honorable McNich at UOG!... In class we talked about various and interesting issues such as Laws, Management, and Politics, and there merit and intertwined  relation with each other, most especially in regards to laws being put in place, the process of how they effect management, and the politics behind any decision and issues raised for and by body's of people, organizations, and most especially interested partys.  They usually get their way in my eyes partly because of constant exposure and awareness of the process. we also dicussed and was point out by the Distinguished Professor McNich, on how each one works in retrospect with the other, almost having to go, hand in hand for there to be, some what, in my words, be some civilized society like ours(it does not mean that they are not subjected to corruption and ill intentions it just means that they may not apply to you, if certain citizenship, national affiliation, both federally and locally, basing our selves on at least decent representation is present) in America.  What I want to share is this,...Article 4 of the constitution gives the authority to do as it wishes in terms of rights, and that is why are either given or denied certain rights as an Unincorporated Territory....Things like the taking clause, eminet domain and the fifth Amendment are also hot topics of conversations I will hit on later,  you tell me what you think! GovNA!
