*sub and unsub has not been payed federally to school
*the ladies at those places that count, (you know who I mean) are working on our long list, so please just be patient, or can we hire them the staff to really help those wonderful people get us our much appreciated help.

-I get visited by a old friend, I was in class, so a friend "THE GUY", passes the word on to me when I get back to hometree>>he comes back and finds me ant tells me about the BAH GUAHAN, is sub standard and unequal to the rest of the United Staes, because we are considered a foreign school. But at the same time if I deregister and attend UMUC or the COLLEGES ON BASE, I CAN GET 2400 vs. my now 1300 a month. WHY IS THAT, and why not equal. He was sent to me to look for help and I AM ANSWERING THE CALL! I am in the work on writing the letters for the UOG pres. and SOME OTHERS, and in collaboration with my fellow veteran, hope to change this insult of FOREIGN. We haven't even received a pay increase like the rest of the UNITED STATES!
